We are looking for an IT Security Consultant to join our team as soon as possible.
Your tasks
- Telephone, written and personal customer contact to evaluate customer needs and their agreement with our services and products
- Developing holistic security concepts with a focus on IT
- Planning, implementation and follow-up of pre-sales appointments, workshops and after-sales with new and existing customers
- Record and maintain customer data, call notes and sales opportunities
- Answering customer questions about products, prices, availability or contract conditions
Your qualifications
- Sociability, negotiating skills and excellent active listening skills
- Knowledge about establishing and maintaining business contacts
- Sound IT knowledge, e.g. in Unix, firewall, VPN, network, UTM, forensics
- Critical, logical and solution-oriented thinking

- Capturing and value-adding processing of customer requirements to create a holistic (IT) security concept
- Comprehensive consideration of existing and creation of new DLP, SIEM, ATP and other concepts
- Analysis and modeling of processes and workflows
- Planning, conducting and following up on training courses, workshops and product launches for new and existing customers
- Project planning and management
- Record and maintain customer data, call notes and sales opportunities
Your qualifications
- Excellent active listening
- Sound IT knowledge, especially in the areas of Unix, firewall, VPN, network, UTM, prevention and forensics Knowledge of ITIL, ISO 27001 or BSI basic protection is an advantage
