Your role with us
In Inside Sales, you serve as the link between the sales team, customers, and internal departments:
- You will manage quotes and orders from the initial inquiry through to final billing
- You will ensure structured workflows and well-organized business processes
- You will keep everything on track and make sure nothing falls through the cracks
- You will actively support the sales team in their day-to-day operations
Typical responsibilities in this role
To give you a better idea, your daily work will include the following tasks, among others:
- Creating, reviewing, and tracking quotes
- Handling the administrative aspects of orders
- Maintaining customer, pricing, and contract data in CRM/ERP systems
- Coordinating with sales, technical, and project teams
- Assisting with invoicing and billing

Your profile
- Completed business training or comparable practical experience

In financial accounting, you ensure that all business transactions are recorded accurately, transparently, and on time:
- You handle day-to-day business transactions independently
- You ensure that figures are accurate and deadlines are met
- You serve as the point of contact for accounting-related questions within the company
Typical responsibilities in this role

- Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Reviewing, coding, and posting incoming and outgoing invoices

Your responsibilities:
